Our Single Provider Medicare (PECOS) Enrollment service is for the healthcare provider who is:

• A Sole Proprietor, or

• A single provider being added to an already enrolled Group Practice or organization, or

• A physician or eligible professional who wishes to enroll for the sole purpose of ordering or certifying items and/or services to beneficiaries in the Medicare program.

If you are the Sole Owner of an organization/corporation (LLC, SMLLC, PC…), you will need our Sole Owner + Organization Medicare (PECOS) Enrollment‍ ‍service.

Requirements:

• You will need to have a Type 1 (Individual Provider) NPI Number to enroll.

• If you aren’t sure if you have an active NPI Number, check NPPES to verify.

• We offer an add-on NPI Number Registration service if needed.

Fees: Individual physicians, non-physician practitioners, and certain changes of information that do not involve a change of ownership or new location are typically exempt from Medicare enrollment fees. Your Credentialing Specialist will confirm this with you prior to application.
