Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: June 3, 2026

We are strictly a service-based business and therefore are unable to provide Returns.

All Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.


Early Cancellation Refund

We begin the preparation work for your service within a few hours of receiving your order. Therefore, full refunds are only available if you email us at info@credentials360.pro within four (4) hours of placing your order to request a cancellation and refund. The timestamp on your email request will be used to confirm your cancellation was requested within the 4 hour window.

Application Error Refund

All of our application services are covered by Our Accuracy Guarantee: We pride ourselves on precision. If an insurance network requests corrections or rejects an application due to a clerical error on our part, we will manage the necessary corrections and administrative updates at no additional cost to you.

However, if the application we facilitate for you is denied due solely to our error, and with no recourse (we are not permitted to resubmit it with corrections) we will contact you to alert you of the denial and we will issue a full refund for the service.

Applications denied due to any of the following reasons are not eligible for refund:

  • Provider’s qualifications and/or credentials

  • Provider’s failure to complete application requirements

  • Provider’s failure to pay applicable fees

  • Provider sanctions

  • Missing, incomplete and/or undisclosed information and/or documentation from the Provider

  • Prior disciplinary actions

  • Malpractice findings

  • Eligibility restrictions

  • Payer policy changes

  • Medicare determinations

  • Licensing board decisions

  • Credentialing committee decisions

Refunds do not include third-party fees, government fees, payer fees, transcript fees, verification fees, reporting fees, or any other external charges paid on behalf of the Client.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
