I’m Fawn Martin, the founder of Credentials 360 and a credentialing and enrollment professional whose prior experience includes roles with Telecare Corporation and Group Health Cooperative as a credentialing specialist, provider enrollment specialist, executive assistant to medical leadership, and manager of a Physician Services Organization.

From credentialing compliance to payer enrollment, healthcare credentialing is complex. Requirements differ from state to state, between commercial and government payers and across the different accrediting bodies. From my work with hundreds of healthcare providers over the years, I also understand how cumbersome credentialing can feel. Keeping credentials, documentation and profiles organized, up-to-date and in compliance requires time that is already at a premium. Application processing can take months to complete, necessitating regular tracking and inquiries. While new technologies are helping to automate and expedite many credentialing tasks, they haven’t yet replaced the high-touch processes that benefit from the knowledge and support of an experienced credentialing specialist.

After making the decision to return to a career in healthcare credentialing following a 5-year hiatus, I was inspired to start Credentials 360 with this goal: To provide a full suite of reliable, premium credentialing and enrollment services, designed for the benefit of the practitioner, managed with expertise by credentialing specialists, and delivered with human-centric customer service and support.

It is my hope that our services will help providers to feel supported in their credentialing requirements, and ready to reclaim their time, gain peace-of-mind, and expedite the growth of their career and practice.
