Subscription Services
Our subscription services are billed monthly on a recurring basis. When you order one of our subscription services you will be required to confirm that you understand that you are signing-up for a subscription service that will bill your specified payment method on a recurring basis every month until you cancel your subscription. Please login to your Account at Credentials360.pro to view the day of the month that your subscription renews, to change or update your payment method or to cancel your subscription.
Credentials 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription services if required information is not provided by the Client or if the Client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days.
Subscription Price Changes
We will notify you via email between 14 - 21 days before any price change will become effective.
Subscription Service Cancellation
You may cancel your next month’s automatically scheduled subscription at any time before your payment method on file is charged for the service. Please login to your Account at Credentials360.pro to view the day of the month that your subscription renews. Cancelling your subscription will stop any future monthly payments from occurring, but we do not prorate or refund any amount of the monthly subscription payment already paid for the current month of service. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of the paid billing period. If applicable, please be sure to download any documents of files you have stored on our platform that you wish to save before the final date of your active subscription.
Subscription Cancellation Instructions
Login to your Account at Credentials360.pro (look for the Account link at the top of the website homepage)
When your Account window opens, click on the Subscriptions tab
You will see a list of any active subscriptions you currently have. Click on the Active Subscription you wish to cancel.
Next, you will need to click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link located at the bottom of the account window.
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the pop-up window to confirm and complete the cancellation.
