  • Your Credentials Portfolio will include all your documents required for full credentialing.

  • Optimized to facilitate future Primary Source Verification (PSV) using NCQA Standards.

  • Your portfolio will always be current and ready to share with credentialing teams, commercial and government payers, and healthcare organizations.

• Primary source verification of licenses covered in your plan, OIG/LELE and SAM sanctions, in compliance with 2026 NCQA and TJC requirements:

  • Verifications and checks are performed every 30 days, include an audit confirmation log, and are reviewed by your Credentialing Specialist before adding to your portfolio.

• Secure storage with convenient access:

  • Your portfolio is hosted on a secure, HIPAA-Compliant platform which you can access at any time.

  • Share or download your portfolio whenever it’s most convenient for you.

• Centralized storage of your CME Certifications:

  • Always be audit ready with easy to share folders.

• Document Archives:

  • Expired credentials are archived to meet your records retention requirements.

• Compliance Oversight:

  • Your credentials, malpractice insurance policy (one policy) and CAQH Profile are monitored for approaching expiration dates, alerts, actions, attestations, updated regulations, requirements and unauthorized changes.

  • OIG/LELE and SAM monthly sanctions check in compliance with NCQA requirements.

• Any alerts or actions received during compliance oversight monitoring are reviewed and prioritized by your Credentialing Specialist and sent to you with additional guidance or information as needed.

• Convenient, full-service maintenance of your multiple data profiles and accounts. Simply email your updated credentialing documents or information to your Credentialing Specialist, and they will update:

  • Your portfolio

  • Your NPPES Registry Record

  • DataSpring/CAQH Provider Profile monitoring, updates and attestation reminders

  • Coordinate updates with your Billing Servicer or Practice Manager for Medicaid, commercial insurance plans and other sources they manage.

  • Any additional licenses, certificates, board certifications or Medicaid (PECOS) profile that you elect to add to your plan.

• Name Changes and Malpractice Action Reporting if needed.

  • Facilitation of paperwork for name changes or malpractice action reporting. 

• Added protectionagainst reimbursement interruption and network termination.

  • Your Credentialing Specialist will coordinate updates with up to three (3) Coordinator Contacts of your choice (ex: one Billing Company Contact, one Practice Manager and one Admin) We will share updated credential information with your Contacts for their maintenance of your commercial insurance panels, Medicaid profiles, clearinghouse and billing software, EFT/ERA Enrollment, etc.

*Due to the DEA’s security protocol, we will monitor your certificate monthly but certificate updates must be coordinated with your designated DEA Coordinator or Administrator Coordinator, or facilitated using the paper form. This policy also applies to State CDS Certificates.
