Our CAQH (DataSpring) Provider Profile Setup Service provides support if you are new to payer enrollment and need assistance completing your CAQH Provider Profile for credentialing and enrollment. You must be an actively licensed or certified healthcare professional with an NPI number to be eligible for a CAQH (DataSpring) Provider Profile.

The CAQH Provider Profile Setup Service is a one-time service. It does not include ongoing monitoring or compliance. Please consider our 360 Credentials & Compliance Service for ongoing, full-service CAQH profile support to maintain compliance with payers’ credentialing and enrollment requirements. 

Our set-up service includes: 

• Coordination of the information, credentials and documents required to complete your profile. 

• Professional review of your information, credentials and documents by a Credentialing Specialist to identify any potential acceptance issues, and for optimization of your profile to minimize potential credentialing and enrollment delays. 

• Completion of the 18 distinct profile sections that store your information including licenses, current practice location(s) for directory listings, education, training, board certifications, work history (last 5 years), malpractice insurance, and professional references. 

• Document uploads.

• Troubleshooting any DataSpring system alerts or issues prior to your attestation. *

• Designation of the insurance networks, healthcare plans and organizations you wish to grant access to your profile. 

*CAQH (DataSpring) Attestation: Every provider with a CAQH (DataSpring) Provider Profile is legally responsible for reviewing all information added to their profile for accuracy, and then digitally signing/attesting themselves that the profile includes only factual information. Therefore, to maintain legal compliance we do not attest any Provider Profiles on behalf of providers.

Additional Fees: DataSpring - CAQH does not charge any fees for Provider Profiles.
